Thanks - I knew it had to be something straight forward! Out of curiosity
why does change and not override work? Doesn't override change what
currently exists?

Thanks for your help!

        Subject: OVRPRTF problem

        Dear List,

Hope you can help - it's a very simple thing but very annoying.
There is a
program on our system that produces a spool file. I changed and
re-compiled
it and afterwards did an OVRPRTF to SAVE(*YES) and SECURE(*YES).
However
the spool file still isn't being saved after being printed. If I do
a
DSPOVR it says that the file is set to SAVE(*YES) and SECURE(*YES).

Why won't it save? I haven't changed anything in the program that
would
effect the override and after compilation overrode it as above.
This used
        to work.

What am I doing wrong? I asked the guy that works with me to have a
look as
he is more experienced but he can't suggest anything. I'm sure it's
something straight forward but there's so little room for error that
I'm
        unsure what else to do.

        Thanks,

        Jenny
