I think the only way this works is if the row/bin/shelf combination are
totally in sequence, regardless of numerics or alpha characters.  With
alphanumeric characters, that makes is very difficult to do, but it is
possible.  In order for this to work, the rows, bins, and shelves may need
to be renamed/resequenced.

It could vary; they could ask for the whole "9" position range, and any
other variation.

shelf "F99" or row "B2E" with bins "1A2" through "5B6" and shelves "   "
