Doh!

Once I logged off, and the AG *really* ended, everything crashed, just as I
suspected it should.  I let myself  believe that the following bit in the
compile listing 'Statically bound' really meant 'bound by
copy'.  Obviously, not the case.

I thought service programs had to be resolved at run-time?
