This is very simple man!. You can do it thru simple
SQL. Restore your recent backup to your prototype lib,
rename it. Go to STRSQL and select the records from
your renamed file which are not in your production
file. Change the session attributes to generate a file
thru shift+f1. Once a a file is generated, copy the
generated file data to your production file thru cpyf
and add option. That's it.

Note: Always take a backup of your production file
before you play on that, just through cpyf.
