Thanks but I solving the problem: the mime file is correct but before I callb
the api I've to change in its parameters '@' with '§' in the two addresses so
AS/400 recognize it as user and domain separator.

Try removing "<mailto:ced@bartolini.it>" - "mailto:"; is not a valid email
address. Try using just the email address.

Subject: QtmmSendMail problem....

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

[ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ]
Hi,
today I try to use the API QtmmSendMail to send an e-mail message from
my AS/400 but it doesn't work.
I look that the mime-file are created and after the callb of the api
QtmmSendMail it is deleted from my IFS but the e-mail doesn't be send.

This is my mimefile:

Sender: <mailto:ced@bartolini.it> ced@bartolini.it
Date:
From: < <mailto:ced@bartolini.it> ced@bartolini.it>
MIME-Version: 1.0
To: <mailto:fabrizio.gurrieri@bartolini.it> fabrizio.gurrieri@bartolini.it
Subject:
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="--PART.BOUNDARY.1"

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

----PART.BOUNDARY.1
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

----PART.BOUNDARY.1--

And the message that I have in job QMSF under QSYSWRK subsystem is:

ID messaggio . . . . . : TCP5128 Gravità . . . . . . . : 30
Tipo messaggio . . . . : Diagnostico
Data invio . . . . . . : 27/06/02 Ora invio . . . . . . : 10:43:08

Messaggio . . . : Unable to send non-delivery note.
Cause . . . . . : The POP non-delivery exit was trying to notify an
originator of a failure to deliver a note. The non-delivery note was not
  deliverable.

The originator of the note was: <mailto:ced@bartolini.it> ced@bartolini.it
Recovery . . . : This message is issued when a non-delivery note cannot
be
sent to the originator of a note. There may be an error in the directory
or
the SMTP alias table for this address.

If I use SNDDST the e-mail will be send correctly, have I start or configure
any service on the AS/400?
Any ideas???

Thank a lot
