CLOSE file - doesn't work as I have no 'F'-specs in the program, other
than the display file; all other file access is done with SQL
CLOSE *ALL - closes the display file, can't have that!

CLEAR - my problem is that I have files being left open after an SQL CLOSE
statement is issued for the files. Doesn't CLEAR work with structures or
variables?  I'm not sure how CLEAR would help in my case.

RCLRSC - I haven't considered it. How would I do that?  Would I need to
break my program down into several sub-programs, with each returning a
result set, then issuing a RCLRSC?
