I use ESNDMAIL too. It isn't a typo! We have it as part of our SEQUEL
package.

You can use &N in the body of the mail to indicate new line and &P for text
to continue after two lines (skip a line).

You can also change general default user formatting options by using ESNDUSR
and the users name that is sending the mail (font sizes, types, formatting
options, margins etc).

Good Luck,

Jenny Mauger

Subject: ESNDMAIL in RPG-ILE

Hi *ALL

I'm using the ESNDMAIL in an RPG-ILE program to send
e-mail. Does anyone know of a way to get a carriage
return after a sentence so the next sentence is left
justified with a blank line seperating the two sentences?
 ie.

Sentence 1.

Sentence 2.

TIA!!!
