What you could do is define two data structures externally defined by your
files, then simply read the record in, move the data structure name for
the CADJ format to that used for the CADH format, and write the record. In
old style RPG this would be coded something similar to, I am sure this can
be converted to ILE RPG as desired:


IFMTDJ      E  DSFILECADJ
IFMTDH     E  DSFILECADH

C                        READ CADJ                            99
C  *IN99           DOWEQ'0'
C                        MOVE FMTDJ     FMTDH
C                        WRITECADH
C                        READ CADJ                            99
C                        ENDDO

Of course, you could also use SQL or CPYF to achieve the same, but I am
guessing you want to do this in RPG.
