Here is my answer (although I have not tried this)

It may be possible to journal the data queue.
Once you have created the journal/receiver you can then display the journal
entries.

DSPJRN JRN(your journal name) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(your lib/yourfile)
OUTMBR(yourmbr) ENDTALEN(512)

You can then write a program to display these entries or simply do a DSPPFM
on the file.
