Compile Error *RNF7030 -- RPG400-L

When I try to compile and RPGLE program, I get an *RNF7030 error telling me 
that I have a fields that aren't defined.  The fields are defined in the D 
specs and I double checked the spelling of each field.  Would anyone tell me 
why I would be getting these errors if the fields are defined in the D specs.
