It's precisely the same problem.  The inclusion of RPGLE programs has
altered the call stack.  If you're not familiar with stuff like Program
Entry Procedures and the like, do visit the ILE Concepts guide.

To see it for yourself, run the RPG III version in debug and look at the
call stack.  Do the same with the RPG IV version and compare the
differences.
