There's no API that does this, as it's not a normal part of sockets.
You'd have to connect, receive the port number from the server, then
disconnect and re-connect to the new port.

This is the scenario that Buck was describing.

This is why you need docs from the vendor, to tell you what to
send, what to receive and how to act upon it.
