Sorry Gary,
we have one, but its considered proprietary and I'm not allowed to send it.
It covers file naming conventions, field naming conventions, standard report
header layouts, as well as some programming standards for new programmers
to follow.  Its actually done pretty well.  If you want I can put together
a synopsis and email you that offline, but I cannot include the document
as-is.
