Your question is a little vague.  If you are asking how you change your
currently running RPG job to a batch job without submitting it, you can't.

You can, however, submit an interactive job as a batch job, but as someone
pointed out, interactive I/O is a pain.  Someone here at work did it
recently, and what they did was change the display file to user open, pass a
parameter stating wheather it was run interactively or in batch, and if it
was in batch pass all the parameters that woulda been set up in the subfile
in the LDA.
