The iSeries-toolkit open source project (www.iseries-toolkit.org)
has a RTVJOBINF module that uses QUSRJOBI. It does not
currently support the JOBI0600 format, but it does cover the 100,
300, and 700 formats -- adding support for the System 36
environment indicator should be pretty easy. The module is
available from:

Not a command, but the Retrieve Job Information (QUSRJOBI) API can
return that information.  The following will have a value of *NONE
for &ENV if not in the S/36 environment, and *S36 if in the S/36
environment.
