Has anyone out there had success with the QtmmSendMail API? I'm writing an
email out to the IFS, and I've given *PUBLIC *RWX permission. QMSF doesn't
seem to pick it up. We have Gumbo Spoolmail and SNDDST working perfectly.

The only problem I can isolate is that I'm sending this email from a CGI
program. I've tried Spoolmail, SNDDST and now the QtmmSendMail API with no
success, but all these tools seem to run interactively.

Thanks in advance!
-Chris
