I am one of them.

To be more specific, I'd like to see OS400, not just RPG,
ported to linux/windows.

It's the OS that makes it stable, not just RPG or the
hardware.  But, because IBM is and always will be a hardware
company (although they are trying hard to get into the
software market), I doubt that will happen anytime soon.
