RE: Help, printer being held.

I have seen a similar error, usually when a SCS printer receives some
graphical code
it then dies. - look over the report (hopefully it is not too large)
also you should be able to "see" at least close to what page it was on
(give or take a few pages depending on you interface/printer/memory)
but you have to look at this before the operator answers anything.
