Define 'need'. There are a lot of functions between 4.3 and 5.1. Many of them would assist you in the following areas: development, security, integrity, and capability, performance. How many users are on your system? If you spread the $7k across that base, have you been able to upgrade all of those users PC's, (legally), for less? >Answer -- It would run. But I am at capacity and have a nice availability record. It broke our ERP out of the box. If I need 5.1 function it is a good reason to support purchase of the new box. I also strangely found out that we don't need software subscription to upgrade anyway, so I am at a loss at to what it really provides other than a neat opportunity to see some great SRC codes...
