RE: question on survey question

Why is V5R1 obsolete as soon as V5R2 comes out? Many times (we'll
lately) its simply new hardware that causes a new release.

Beside, I'm not looking for votes on this survey, from this group, I'm
simply asking for help in making the question clear for the survey. You
can vote on it next week. <g>
