Scott and Jim,

Thanks for the help. I am using an externally described printer file. Your
suggestions answered my questions. For the Page ? of ? thing, basically
don't it if you don't have to.

For the total line, I can specify a certain line # and for the footer, if we
do that, I could specify a line # there also.
