The message about not being able to find the query options file is
normal.

The query options file (QAQQINI) lets you specify a few pieces of
information about how you want queries to run (e.g., optimize to show
the first n records or optimize to run the entire query, allow copies of
data to be created). In a nutshell, attributes you can set that
influence how the query optimizer does its job.

This initialization file is not required. In its absence, default values
will be used.
