Thanks for the info Carsten,
Yes I did already check these sites about remote
Journal setup and remote journal Add/Remove/Change API code samples. The API
code sample I am looking, is for the API QjoRetrieveJournalEntries which is
used for retrieving the remote journal entires in the Backup Machine and to
post them to the Back Machine's database. I did find the API Documentation
in SC41-5882-03 but was too confusing.

thanks

Hello Balaji,

Where is the Remote Journal Exit Program documented - I haven't been able to
locate information about it anywhere?

You probably already did check the API and Backup & Recovery manuals - other
Remote Journal documentation - including code examples - can be found here:

DB2 homepage coding examples:
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/db2/db2code.htm

DB2 redbook:
http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/Redbooks.nsf/RedbookAbstracts/sg242161.html?
Open

If you still need help, you are welcome to email me - privately - what
you've got so far, then I'll see what I can do.

Best regards,
Carsten Flensburg
