Procedure parameter with VALUE option

Good point Bob, I should have pointed out that the parm (if not a varying
field) should have been passed as %TrimR(Parm)

 >> I'd like to see an OPTIONS(*TSTRING) to indicate to the compiler to do,
effectively a %TRIMR() to the field before sending it.
