Hi Hrishikesh

The way we get round this is not to use physicals in programs! Instead
use logicals that explicitly reference the fields in the physical in
their DDS, instead of ones that just point to the format of the physical.
That way you can change your physical (by adding fields, that is - not
changing existing ones) and recompile the logicals, but the format level
will not change, so no pgm recompiles required.
