Simply export the file as CSV, then use Client Access Express file transfer
"Create AS/400 Database" tool. The wizard will analyze your file and create
an FDF, which will create a PF that matches your file. Note that you should
review the field sizes and names detected by the wizard.

just going to download it to a non-dds file and use it as a program
