If SSNO is an input field containing the 9 digits of a social security number
(without editing), for starters that's only 9 digits not 11.

SSNO would subdivide as follows:
S1 is pos. 1 - 3
S2 is pos. 4 - 5
S3 is pos. 6 - 9
