Take a look at ANZDBF.  The data is saved in member QAPTAZDR of the database
file QPFRDATA/QAPTAZDR.  Perhaps this will collect the information you need
for file relationships.

Maybe I forgot to mention that I do have to run an audit and will be
looking for data base relations. *FILE won't tell me that it is a physical
file and that I should look for logicals.  Before I promote I will be
removing the logicals, saving data, deleting the physical, etc. Also, if
the program is RPGLE then I need to look for copy books using a neat
utility one of the guys wrote. Sorry about the confusion.
