you will have to compile the service program or the program that contains
the procedure to include debug data by specifying the options for debug
parameter like *all or *list or *source.I prefer *list.

Then set the breakpoint to the eval statement.Then while you debug and when
it hits the breakpoint use shift f10 I mean F22 and that will bring the
procedure to debug ...
