Barbara,

In RPG III the syntax checker will signal an error if you do not fill in an
indicator in the correct position, in RPG IV only if you put it in the
wrong position. This change should be reversed, as a lot of diehards use
indicators on a read/chain operation. Besides, one should keep backward
compatibility in mind.
