Check the defaults for CRTSQLRPGI for DATFMT, DATSEP, TIMFMT, and TIMSEP

I use DATFMT(*ISO), DATSEP('-'), TIMFMT(*ISO), and TIMSEP('.')

I think the SQL precomiler ignores the DAT* and TIM* keywords in the source
member.
