Re: Read subfile without clearing screen?

One way of handling called programs overlaying the screen has this feature - 
If program A writes a screen and then calls program B which overlays part of 
the screen but then returns to A and A calls B again without writing a 
display, only the data from program B is displayed.
Could this be what's happening?
