I'm totally rewriting the screen after the user presses a key.

Logic goes like this in pseudo code:
DoW NOT *IN03
  Write SflHeader (from STR002FN)
  Write SflCtl    (From STR002FN)
  Write Str002FM  (Format S1)
  If SelectSubFile
    Read SflCtl (or Read Str002FN or ExFmt SflCtl)
  Else
    Read STR002FM
  EndIf
EndDo
