I think this is one that hits home the most in my shop.  You have some
people that just don't want to learn a new concept, even if it will make
their job easier.  Some people don't even want to take the time to learn new
op codes which are fairly easy to learn.

When did their fire die?  How do they stay in the programmer mode and not
want to learn new stuff . . . the world may never know.
