Hi Phil,

I'm sincerely sorry that I've offended you. And I hope Joep doesn't
consider it a slam. I mentioned that it approximated the picture because
it's in the ballpark, much more so than most comments that I hear about
file overrides.

Like many other topics about which I've written, I wrote the
chapter/article on file overrides to help the community. In my
experience, so many myths surround file overrides and the topic was so
widely misunderstood that I felt it would benefit many.

I'll leave it to others to determine the value of my contributions to
the community. I can only hope that the effort I put into researching
and authoring benefits others.
