Hi Amir,

Now I know your problem I think your PC does not have
any web server installed in it.

You have installed WEB SERVER (for WIN NT - IIS4.0 and
WIN2K IIS5.0) in your PC. Then only you can Connect to
your PC through FTP.

Try the same again.

it will surely work. I also have checked this.
