Good Point.  I guess I was fooled by all that System3 code that was still
around and I had to modify in one of my previous jobs.
I guess the programmers that originally came up with using only 6 digit date
thought the same thing about their software.  :)

I personally don't worry about how my software will handle the date window.
My
ego doesn't permit me to believe that the software will still be in use.

And if it is, and if I'm still alive, maybe I can earn a few bucks to
supplement
