Title: RE: Speed of SETLL/GT vs CHAIN

As I recall a SETLL is only slightly faster than a CHAIN,
BUT
If you are doing a SETLL then READE, I believe CHAIN wins outs

Subject: RPG: Speed of SETLL/GT vs CHAIN

Folks:

I might have done the dumbest thing.

Made a bet saying CHAIN is faster that SETLL & a READE.
But, would the gurus out there please clarify if the actual time for a SETLL is
faster than CHAIN.

Thanks,

viji
