Re: OPNQRYF - ODP Error

Are you saying that somewhere within the program Invocation there is
another override to SHARE(*YES)?  Our standards for the SHARE keyword are
*NO.

Can you suggest a way of actually confirming or establishing if the ODP is
open? WRKJOB option 14?

It would seem most likely that as the message indicates the file has
already
been opened for share in a prior program. You could issue a CLOF before the
OPNQRYF, with a MONMSG to handle any error if the file is not already
opened.
