STRISDB is the command that starts the interactive source debugger that
works with OPM programs.  I don't believe it's been enhanced since v3r1.

STRDBG is the command that starts the debugger that works with both ILE and
OPM programs and can work interactively with source or from the command line
depending on how your programs are compiled.
