You need to remember, that before you write to the subfile, there are
a number of things you need to set up first.  You need to tell the subfile
what record number you are writing to.  You need to tell the subfile that
you are loading records, etc...

Those are the things the previous post was talking about.  If you do not
set on certain fields properly before you write the record, you will get
an error.
