Re: Heading dates on query reports

Since you sent this to the RPG list, why not rewrite the query using RPG?
This will give you more control over which date to display.

Some people have suggested the job date is important here, but the help
text says that &DATE in QUERY/400 is the system date.  I suspect the
date will match the system date regardless of any job date.

Using some tricks in SQL instead of QUERY/400 would be my only answer.
Store the date at the beginning of the program then add it to the header
in the SQL as a parameter.
