Kev, It wasn't an attack on you.  I am sorry about the tone.  Don't stop
"offering your opinion"   My opinion is no better than anyone else's.  My
sensitivity to the subject caused my response.  I have just seen people
read something, and mistakenly used the premise for everything, everywhere.

It was not centered at you.  The caution about using "Reuse deletes"  is
true WITHIN the framework of WHEN it is true.    Too many times people
remember the rule but forget the framework of when it is true.
