× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Try changing the job logging level so you can get more detailed error info.

CHGJOB LOG(4 00 *SECLVL)

Then, run the problem update, dump the error if you have to, and then 
DSPJOBLOG *PRINT.  You should have all you need to figure out whats 
happening at that point.
