There is some issue with passing variables to CLs that I don't quite remember
the specifics of.  It's either only from the command line, or from CL to RPG or
RPG to CL or something like that.  But the issue is, you can only pass 15,5 
integers in that case.  I don't know if this is your issue, or if this problem
comes in from RPG to CL, but I think that if you changed your variables to 15,5
the problem would go away.
