Don't know for sure about CVTILEFMT, but I rather suspect that like the
other RPGIII to RPGIV converters that I've worked with it _uses_ the IBM
CVTRPGSRC to do the bulk of the work and then "tweaks" the output.

You should look at Linoma's CVTILERPG (www.linomasoftware.com) - one of the
nice things about it (apart from being able to control many of the options
that you may not like, as has been mentioned previously) is that it will
also work with existing RPGIV source to bring it to the same standards as
the converted source.
