Anyone using field level security in physical files yet? I think this
feature came out in V4R5.

Question. If I use this, and use traditional RPG record access versus SQL,
what happens when someone is not authorized to a particular field? If I
use SQL, I can control which fields I choose to read. Traditional RPG
loses this; internally or externally defined doesn't matter. I suppose I
could build a view which would omit those fields and use only the ones
authorized; and then use that view for traditional RPG access.
