If you just read the examples, and not the explanation, you'll miss a lot!

I mentioned the spot already in my mail - it's the "Data Management" 
manual. It's the same for all programming languages, so why fill up all the 
manuals with obviously very seldom used data structures?

yep, better slow down from time to time for all topics! Often you'll save a 
lot of time when one sits down first and thinks. There's the story of the 
IBM boss that made a sign with the word THINK! that every employee had to 
put visible on her/his desk! ;-)
