Brian, it's not that it's no longer supported.  It was never supported -
the function has been introduced for V4R2/V4R3 and V4R4/V4R5 through PTFs
(I listed the PTFs in my first post).

The PTFs are only for the compiler; there is no PTF for SEU.  You will
have to ignore the SEU error.

(If you have seen SEU allow /INCLUDE before, you must have had syntax
checking
turned off.)
