I dont think that this is a corrupt download; OS/400 would have told you 
that the SAVF is corrupt.

Oh - i have this error, too. There are some bad hex codes in comments, in 
record 281 at pos 41, don't know what this should be. They are only in 
comments, so i think that they do not make problems when one uses them for 
compiling purposes. If you are above V4R2, you can use EDTF to change the 
comments.
